Professional performance locktite spray adhesive for the web fluid. You can use the pressure of the can to get it into the balder. I'm not sure if it would gunk up the valve or not but it is definitely worth a try.

u can make webs by geting a cup of water and dropping a drop of super glue in it and use tweezers and pull it out
