I made a similar design but the rope still slipped. It was made of metal too and it falls out the side unless you have incredibly strong wrists to keep it steady. It can be done though. It'd be cool to team up!

I'm wondering if you should abandon the "flying like iron man" idea and move on towards something like "flying like falcon" or "vulture". If the designs would match the falcon or vulture suit better it may keep comic book/movie screen accuracy. It would also seem like you could use larger fan blades that way. I'm not saying abandon the flying project, just scrap the "iron man" aspect and use vulture or falcon instead. The iron man designs to actually sustain flight seem to stray quite a bit from the "iron man" theme. Just my 2 cents, keep up the good work.

But Tony Stark didn’t start with a perfectly fitting and ergonomic suit the first time he made one. I mean look at him now he’s recently finished and destroyed by now his mark 57 or something and that’s just the 57th iteration of the normal suit not to mention all the other suits he’s supposedly made that were showcased in Ironman 3 and the plethora of comics on Ironman. On the contrary a vulture or, my personal preference, falcon wing suit would be a better fit to the cinematic design of the suit and you could even make falcon’s suit fold up and be more compact unlike vulture’s suit which is constantly at full wing span.

Spiderman has superhuman strength and he can swing without the suit, with the web shooters mounted on his wrists. As his first suits were just a sweatshirt and a mask. He only wore it to keep his identity secret and it wasn't until recently when Marvel started teaming him up with Tony is when the suit started to get extra features.

Build the harness INTO the suit, rather than under it. An internal lace or something similar might work; woven into the spandex. It might also help to explain at least some of Spiderman's strength.

I actually figured that that was the point of the web design on the suit. I mean, yeah, it fits the whole spider motif, but using the costume's design to spread out wear and tear makes a good deal of sense.

If you think about spiders, flies, beetles, etc... They ALL have tiny hooks on their "feet" (of hands/feet in the event of a human) to help them hold onto walls, or spider webs/silk. So if there were gloves/shoes invented with millions of these types of hooks manufactured to hold human weight, you COULD (theoretically) hold onto webbing/rope and climb walls. I imagine if would look like the hook side of velcro, but REALLY tiny... Just an idea...

(Please like my theory) the thing I guess is inside of Spiderman's web slingers shoot webs and also cut them after he shoots them so basically when he shoots a web he swings and uses the other hand to shoot the next web then the hand he already shot a web with the web slinger will cut the web he originally shot so please take notes and please reply what you think

the way that spider-man's web fluid works is that once it comes in contact with air, it solidifies. That means when he releases the button it will stop solidifying. It doesn't need to be cut at all
