I swear by coffee granales rubbed into old carp pellets the carp here in the uk love them it probley didnt work as saltwater are more fussy and its a shrimp so it masks the coffee smell and the ocean is a lot bigger water to cover

The shark with the spots is an Atlantic Sharpnose. Pretty common in the Gulf. Love catching them. They don't get much bigger than the one you caught.
