I'm the daughter-in-law of the head family.
I made steamed buns that the subscriber asked for.
Raw makgeolli reminded me of old memories.
My mother often made steamed buns for me.
Everyone, make delicious steamed buns and eat them.
Ingredients for making steamed buns (based on 200ml cup)
5 cups of flour (500g) from gravity.
330g of raw makgeolli (a little less than 2 cups)
3 cups of red beans.
5 spoons per non-regular won.
1 tablespoon of salt.
2 tablespoons of honey.
1 tablespoon of olive oil.
1 liter of water.
* Add 1/2 tablespoon of salt to the flour and warm up the makgeolli.
Dissolve 2 tablespoons of sugar and pour it into gravity flour and knead it.
* Ferment it in a warm place for about 3 hours.
Calm down the swelling and ferment it for 30 minutes.
* Soak 3 cups of red beans in lukewarm water for 2 hours.
Put red beans in a pressure cooker and boil them by pouring 1/2 tablespoons of salt and 1 liter of water.
* If it rattles additionally, boil it over low heat for about 50 minutes.
* Smash the boiled red beans and add 3 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of honey.
Coagulate over low heat.
* You can use the red bean paste twice.
You can use it after keeping it frozen.
