Jeanette, do you have a suggestion as to where to purchase your pearls and crystal beads? I live in a small rural town with only a limited Joann Fabric. I love your stickpins , Jeanette ! I wasn’t feeling very productive last night but u enticed me to make a few stickpins. I really don’t have any crystal ones but will have to get some. I was surprised when I saw you used glossy accents & not a super glue or e-6000! You’ll have to Lmk how they held in the long term. Elegant is the right word for all of them! Lmk if you would like more of the long stickpins 💕

Hello there my friend :) Glossy accents is the only glue I have that will hold them, it seems to hold quite well and I've used it for years and I guess as long as you don't start pulling it it too much it holds well :) I don't use the super and e6000 glues. I'm glad you are doing a little crafting now, it might be good for the soul :) xxx

@@MiCottageCrafts Thats good to know! My Messenger is so messed up , now I have 3 accounts and can only get into one. What a mess because I did reply to your message long ago but wasn't quite finished and hadn't sent. Also, If you want diff colored beads, just put a couple drops of alcohol in in a baggie and dump in the beads and shake them up and let them dry on something flat. I saw a girl on utube to that with her clasps, also. I usually spray paint my beads in a bunch & roll them around. I spray some paint down first then quickly throw the beads in and roll them around. I hate painting big things but do spray paint a lot of things for crafting. They have spray paint for everything. I may do a video today or tomorrow and tell the trick I found for clogged sprayers. I think I already told you because you were having that problem, also and I had some aerosol cans and glimmer mist bottles that I thought were history! So I looked on Google and found two videos and they worked!. I love your stickpins. I need to get some crystal type of beads:-)) PS If you want more of the long stickpins, just lmk. I have some here but I can watch for the same sale and get you some. I have a small pkg of a few things that have been sitting here to send so I can just add them if you want.

I don’t even mind the look of the earring backs on them, haha I know you are using them just to hold everything firm but it makes me think of the flourish part at the handle end of a sword…I’m going to have to google that now…haha anyways, wonder if dangles could be attached to the earring back loops? All the pearls had a hole straight through the middle, the pearls on the end of the pins are on there when purchased :) I hope this helps :)
