While I agree that the process is fascinating, you have to accept that we don't NEED this thing. Finally, a non Japanese master who actually makes REAL Katanas in the way they were meant to be. All the techniques are true to the centuries old tradition (except they power hammer 😁). Fantastic work and I commend you for your effort as that was no easy task. I am willing to bet that your swords put others to shame as yours are no replicas, they are the real deal. Your understanding of the idea behind the sword and the creation of a sword soul alone proves you deserve the right to make them. I don't know what you would charge to make one but I hope you get paid well because there is so much that you put into that sword including a piece of yourself. Great job!

And for a anime as beautiful and emotionally touching as demon slayer it also fits perfectly to go to such detail. and the bamboos was really a nice touch, seeing as he is holding that sword to free his sister for the curse. So when she no longer needs the bambus to contain her demon hunger, he no longer needs the sword, meaning the symbolism would fit perfectly.
