I've built a few HHO generators, and I see a few issues with his design. If he's intending on producing just hydrogen, then he needs to minimize the amount of negative rods because hydrogen is produced on the positive side and oxygen is produced on the negative side also I noticed that he's not using a spark arrestor or one-way valve. When the Flaming gas backs up into that accumulator tank it's going to explode like a grenade!

You can’t change the amount of hydrogen and oxygen produced by using more rods. They are stoichiometrically related, two liters of hydrogen must produce one liter of oxygen. Giving less surface area to oxygen production will only reduce the reaction rate overall since oxygen will have a bottleneck.

Hello, great video and good idea to use the inert carbon core of dry cells, but you have left the welds exposed, remember to isolate all the metals inside the HHO reactor otherwise all the metal anodes will disappear and that is why the electrolyte will get dirty and the use of inert carbon cores will lose all sense, but the assembly is nice.

How long will the generator work until them battery sticks get bad? Also when the battery things be completely dead (no electricity) Is there a way to charge them back into being conductive again? A cell like that isn't going to last all that long though as the materials used simply can't withstand the process of breaking the bonds of the water molecules without the water breaking them down in return. The electrodes are all going to breakdown and even the copper wire in contact with the liquid will breakdown into the solution in a short about of time. It's the reason why so many use Stainless Steel, Nickle, or Platinum, or some other material that have a high anticorrosion factor.

With real graphite - not much (although it somewhat depends). However, those rods from batteries are not a graphite, but pressed carbon, and tend to disintegrate disappointingly fast into carbon powder during electrolysis.

That thing is for single show only and will not be durable. Metal parts are exposed to solution and will corrode like hell, especially on anode and especially using sulfuric acid. Carbon rods from batteries are not especially great as electrodes either, but metal parts will fail much faster than them.

Beautiful work my ass. Pal, check those wires in soloution regular, less you want a personal grenade ! One spark and boom goes the wet cell. Or find out. Plenty of videoes showing bad results. Check hho for life, if you want a strudier model and a grt flash back arrestor. If the wire was plated s steel of some thickness, I wouldnt worry. But its mere wire that can be corroded, once enough a spark gap will be created. One day you will turn it on unaware, and may loose an eye. Cheap build yes, safe hell no.

думаешь если ты "распушишь, расщепишь, перетасуешь, зачередуешь" два электрода, можно станет в розетку включать через диод? проводимость не проблема вобще для крепких растворов едких щелочей, 20..60% KOH или NaOH водной и не нахватавшейся за день в открытой таре углекислоты из воздуха став некаустической содой(зато не ослепнешь, забыв очки надеть, от брызгов в глаза), я в консервной банке между двух болтов 0.1 Ома получал, газа всёравно столько атомов сколько кулонов электронов тока вдул в одну ячейку, лишняя толщина электролита и недостаточная площадь электродов, неэкономичное форсирование свыше 2..3вольт только опрелеляют трату денег на тепло

надо пакет последовательных пластин, сзазорами по краям не более 1мм а лучше как слайды или компакт диски в держателе вставлены, вариант с кучей средних пластин в океане, работает только двумя крайними, по пути 2вольтового падения потенциала, в обход трассы препятствий промежуточных пластин по 2в вноящих. тоесть "срезать путь в обход" по электролиту не должно быть скраю широкой дороги йонов, идеал примерно как собирают пакеты с резиновыми колечками, или найти крышки вставляющиеся в пластиковую трубу хорошо к внутреннему диаметру,юс зазором между внешним диаметром стальной круглой пластины и внутренним диаметром трубы корпуса 1..2мм, или даже 0мм

я сделал как матрёшку 6слоёв консервных банок, от персиков и меньше, 19в7А подаю, прожигает стальные и алюминиевые банки в любом месте, плавит сталь корпуса АТХ ИБП компьютерного стандартного 350вт системного блока толстая весьма, капля с горошину расплава стали формируется мешая дальше прожигать если ее не стряхивать... прожигает 1мм отверстие в кварцевой трубке лампы R7s очень акуратное не растрескивающееся в отличие от термостойкого стекла
