Bro, I changed my name through gazzete of India, all of my documents like (passport, ielts, etc.) On my new name but my educational documents like my cbse marksheets and my bachelors transcript have my old name. 1. how can i apply for aps certificate with new name ,and 2. what are additional documents I need to send them for proof of name change and 3. will they approve my application because I haven't found anywhere about name change related to aps.

Just apply with your new name. Add the copy of the gazette as well as other proofs that your name was changed.
