Man, you're really helping me out. I'm watching your Akai Mk II tutorial in the other tab, thinking about plunging into producing. You're great man! but you GOTTA do something about your audio in your videos. There's so much room echo and reverb it's hard to listen to. A Lav mic can reduce that tremendously, especially because you're in one position for most of the vid. There are super cheap ones on amazon that plug right into your laptop/phone that can help reduce room noise. Maybe I'm off base, maybe you and your followers are into it, but I think that alone will step up your videos by a mile. Crazy respect for what you do though, your tracks are awesome.

Fun Fact kkrex : In GarageBand you can slide your 808s and make fire bass. Just go to Sound Library and get the Flex and Flow pack. Then go to Keyboard and click More Sounds. Choose a Synth Bass or click Alchemy Synth and go to Bass. Click 808 Bass or another type of bass. Turn your volume up and then click the button that says Glissando twice. Now it should say pitch. Change the 808 up a bit to where it is kind of long. Long enough to slide up and down. P.S. You do have to do it by hand. (As I have added sliding 808 bass into one of my beats.) Then find a note and slide your finger on the screen or slide your mouse. Record it and put it in your song. I hope you see this kkrex.

if you have studio one already, then no you dont need to also download the software that the mpk comes with, and it does work with the ipad and garageband (but its a hit or miss, it used to work for me and then it stopped) but you will need a usb hub and a camera connection kit
