Great show guys. Unbeatable personas . You need to start building stuff that people commission you to do. The execution and choice of projects, time management and success rate will all line up perfectly overnight and you will love it! Good luck!

Hey, Alec! What about a project where you try to use your welds as part of the damascus look? Maybe you include a couple really deep welds with multiple passes so that when you finish forging out the material that inclusion adds a little something else? Or at the very least, a test piece. I'm very curious as to how much the welds change the look

I really like the fact that you are using more rock music in your videos. It is a nice change of pace. I also liked the bit at the end of the video with the Dykem. I thought that was hilarious!

Yeah, I was wondering about that. Fly cut it down to near size, then grind the finish.

It’s easier to grind the distal taper in I think?

Surface grinder with a magnetic sine plate will grind a distal taper very easily and accurately. You don't need a new automatic (although they're very nice when setup properly), but a good old Brown and Sharpe won't break the bank. Just trying to spend some of your money 🤣🤣🤣 Thanks for addressing the water jet taper, looks like he did a good job for you. PS... Blue is better lol
