I'm surprised Snow white with the red hair isn't in the list. The romance is very cute and well developped in the anime. There's magic too but the romance plays a big part in the story. One of my favorite with Akatsuki no yona| Yona of the dawn. The action is cool, the music is superb, the animation is fluid and pretty, the characters are likable and cute. Yona has a good arc, she started as a nice princess then learned how to fight and became bad-ass. She was brave, didn't hesitate to act as a bait to save villagers and fought pirates i think... it's been 5 years since i saw the anime. In short, i love it and the couple is adorable

Also, I also agree that Golden Time was so good! I just finished it the other day, and I absolutely loved it. I didn't care so much for that one episode where Tada went to the concert and volunteered to work. But the anime had me on the edge of my seat. I just loved the style of it. Usually romance animes are all about for the boy falling for the girl or vice versa and having to build up the courage to confess to them. Golden Time was different. Kaga and Tada were together within the 5 episodes and was more of a journey of having ups and downs in their relationship which is honestly realistic. So, I loved it for that. Also, Your Lie In April had me crying in the end.

I never saw flaws with it even after many rewatches (and I'm pretty cynical when it comes to media) so I was shook that they put it in A, and even said Golden Time was better. I think it's a perfectly written, very novel romance story, even today. The moral of the story can be interpreted in a lot of ways; the sneaky ways they set up plot points and characters; the rewarding emotional moments and the satisfying climax of the story; I thought they were all astounding. I would say it's one of the best romance stories ever written, and in my opinion, the best anime ever produced. I will say: one of the main characters, Taiga Aisaka might be a hard character to relate with, her problems are not the usual problems someone's experienced or is experiencing, and understanding opposing or opposite ideas or concepts is genetically hard for us to do, so she might appeal only to a niche audience who relate with her enough, or who gets reminded of a person they know. Or, well, most of the characters are a probably a little difficult to relate with for most people. They're all a little unusual in the end of the day. Which is why I loved it so much. Now of course, everything comes with a bias, as I found myself relating to the characters more than most people would've, and it was the catalyst to how I realized my love for my now significant other, but I stand firm in my critical analysis.

I would say it's S tier. The emotional moments and the plot development hits too much. And the thing I always like to say about this anime, because I missed it at first. Watch till the end (after then ending song) of final Episode. Missing that part can change your judgement about the ending too much.
