They also had this guy, Scott who played bass on One Step Closer, who I believe also was their touring bassist for a bit. You can see him briefly in the One Step Closer video. A bit confusing but hope it helps! xP

This must have been filmed during the brief window of time when Dave “Phoenix” Farrell was not in the band. He spent about a year touring with his other group, a Christian rock band called Tasty Snax, so he missed the recording of Hybrid Theory, and I guess he missed this music video too. But I think he came back in time for most of the live performances, and I know he’s in the music video for “In the End.”

Idk if you've ever thought about it this way, but they write their own songs which means they include the actual feelings of the writers. so if their music style changes from pissed off and hurt to something a little more up-beat, shouldn't we all be happy for them? no trying to start a fight or anything, just saying what we're all thinking.
