Magnificent work. As always. The design, the meticulous execution of the design and the video. Made my day! Спасибо!

Thank you very much! I think "meticulous" perfectly describes my work - I research things to death and then resurrect them and research them again.

Thank you for this tutorial. I think it can be worn even in modern times because it has a beautiful shape. Yours is the most detailed tutorial I’ve watched. Can this hoop skirt be used for gowns with tails?

Oh, sweetie, your work is so lovely! I absolutely adore the way you narrate you videoa, and don't you worry, I'm sure it won't be long until you get sponsored by Audible *and* Skillshare. Looking forward to your next video, as always :)
@Ninonella3 жыл бұрын
Thank you so much, it's so nice of you to say that! To be honest, I don't want to be sponsored, I already get Adsense money from KZbin and from selling my patterns on Etsy (and also from making custom garments from time to time), I don't want my viewers to sit through another ad break 😅

Thank you for this. Totally needed a doable hoopskirt for my mid-nineteenth wardrobe. But I'm wondering if I could use this hoopskirt for the 1850s. Like 1856-1859
@Ninonella3 жыл бұрын
Yes of course! If you look at this magazine page from 1858 - pin.it/62wZg3G - you would see that the shape is really similar. I think this hoopskirt would be suitable for any year from 1858 to 1862 or so.
