Okay, great explanation, helpful for what to do with general and lower back pain, whether it be caused by a day on your feet working, just being overweight, like me, or recovering from injury and surgery, while having developed weaknesses in the process. I'm beginning to condition back to a normal life and experiencing tremendous compression and lack of alignment and inflammatory type back pain and stiffness, but not knowing whether a given movement is good or bad to do, you have helped me to understand what might be a good trick and also not a bad thing for my back where sometimes I'm a little scared to try something. I get stiff just picking up my kid. I like the inversion table!

Those are heaven. My gym got rid of theirs, may have to make some room at home.
