I have always been drawn to the spirit world. Often feeling and seeing things others miss. Recently I’ve felt the pull towards divination. I love the idea of repurposing old books into personal oracle decks. I agree having that intimate connection with the material the cards are sourced from I feel would make a drastic difference in channeling with them. I happen to have books I was going to repurpose or donate so I’m definitely going to enjoy making an oracle deck myself. Thanks so much for sharing your process.

Craft glue or paper glue (UHU). Make sure the cards are fully dry before using them. They stand up to shuffling very well.

Did you mount the book pages onto anything? They seem much thicker than book pages! great idea!

I used thin card or backing paper. You can experiment with the thickness level that suits you.

Great video! I'm very inspired! How did you put the numbers and the card names on your custom Lenormand Deck? I'm picturing myself gluing those on pictures and maybe the deck would be difficult to shuffle? Any tips you are willing to share? Thank you!

@rTracker I used a pen to write the names on the cards. They're not difficult to shuffle if you use book pages on thin card and smooth the edges. You can also scan the images and print them onto card. Have fun!
