cursed! bread yeast fiery ginger beer

hey all
so.... this was a cursed video! The original video for today failed before it began, 2 batteries almost died and the beer enhancer i used just turned into ... glue :D
so this must mean i've finally cracked the fiery ginger secret! to make what i'm hoping is a fantastic fiery ginger beer with a malty flavor, plenrty of head and great on a hot day.
take my advise and make this in a brewing bucket! :P
