5:13 - I remember using a typewriter to write my papers when I was a kid - yes, using a typewriter "as a kid". Hahaha, I remember how my little fingers would get accidentally stuck in between those keys, and that was always painful! Also, I remember what a workout that is for my arms/hands/fingers because getting one letter typed takes a lot of effort you know. The force you have to exert to just type one sentence. Hahahaha, I'm proud to have that experience though. To be part of a generation who experienced using a typewriter and actually used it in their life.

I agree or must say (and I miss it so much), sitting and drinking your cafe au lait outside a very chic Parisian cafes of any atmospheric arrondissement where you can people watch and still able to hear the French music playing inside or being performed live by a random street performer is up there in my most calming day in a life or greatest (French) culture-seeking experiences.

It's nice to see that despite the hard economy, stores closing, pandemic and what not there are still new places cropping up. In Metro Manila there's still always something new. Like if you leave for 2 years and come back there are always new places. Thank you for your patronage. A little goes a long way in helping the economy get back. When travel restrictions are lifted, I suggest you visit the province of Marinduque in the Southern Tagalog region. It is the second most peaceful province in the Philippines next to Batanes. Lent is the best time to go there to experience the Moriones Festival. Other than that, there is the Putong ceremony to welcome guests, Marinduque food like ulang ulang (prawn and young coconut broth) and native chicken in coconut milk, etc. You may also want to visit the Palad Sand Bar and the white beaches in Torrijos.
