Il est vraie que un outils sans fil pèse très lourd si le travail se fait en hauteur, en général les outils avec fils sont embêtant car le fil et trop court ou gène. Là on a plus de problème de distance et de prise électrique cependant le fil peux gêner.

This seems a bit of a marketing miss. You have the worst of both worlds: there is a cord to contend with and limited run duration due to it being battery powered. Cordless should equal convenience and mains should be all about unlimited run time, this fails on both and seems an odd choice from an excellent brand that usually gets their designs spot on.

You can look at it that way or you can look as it not needing a wall plug and not having an extra 3 pounds on the main part of the tool. While I like the 40V grinder and 3/4 Impact the batteries do sometimes make getting into a place akward.
@MrKlarthums
@MrKlarthums 4 ай бұрын
The cord is much shorter, so you aren't managing cords around the work area, potentially coming from a far away power source, just yourself. These will probably be niche though.

Really really strange idea… sanders should be connected up to extractors… you have an extraction hose. you have a cord…. This cord goes to a battery… it should just be an AC cord to the extractor. this solves nothing.
@agentchodybanks9120

@@agentchodybanks9120 it’s just so odd. They have removed the battery from the tool so using the tool for extended periods is easier on the body. which is alll well and good. but having a battery on the end of the cord just doesn’t make any sense. so if you use it with an extractor you just sit the battery on top of your extractor so the cord and hose are out of your way? only for it to keep falling off? 🤣 makita are smoking something lately.

@@riba2233 Well. As I said, Mirka makes them in Finland. Festool in Germany. It is disappointing that basically all Makita XGT tools are made in China while many LXT tools are made in the UK, Romania, Japan, US, Germany etc. What would you think if you lost your job to China? I'd rather buy a tool assembled by one of the 500 at the UK plant, one of the 2000 at the Romania plant etc.
