I think flash own explains it better because if you’re moving that faster it as to be that you’re not just running you’re basically jumping and your legs aren’t necessarily stayin or touching the floor for long and your perception of time and moments is different from everyone else’s that’s why when flash in the dceu verse starts running it looks as if the world changes and is bent
