Steps:
1 - 0:10 - Connect it to a 220v 40-amp power source.
2 - 0:35 - Connect the air supply pressure 13.4 - SCFM @90 PSI.
3 - 0:43 - Connect the dust collection system.
4 - 1:05 - Turn on the machine.
5 - 1:13 - Check screen for alarms.
6 - 1:18 - Select your preferred language.
6 - 1:36 - Navigate through the main menu.
7 - 1:52 - Navigate through menu: page 2.
8 - 2:10 - Adjust glue temperature.
9 - 2:27 - Open back door and fill up the glue pot.
10 - 2:44 - Place the drainage pan in position.
11 - 2:54 - Engage the glue pot.
12 - 2:57 - Adjust the amount of glue.
13 - 3:09 - Engage the glue scraper.
14 - 3:17 - Adjust the conveyor height.
15 - 3:40 - Place the tape and measure its thickness.
16 - 3:50 - Set the infeed fence.
17 - 3:58 - Set the tape up to pressure roller.
18 - 4:11 - Adjust the front and rear height adjustments.
19 - 4:26 - Position the tape at the guillotine's starting point.
20 - 4:35 - Run a panel and test the rounded edge.
21 - 4:55 - Adjust flush trimmers for a straight cut.
22 - 5:31 - Test a panel for straight edge.
23 - 5:59 - Test the vertical rounding.
