Very Delicious! While I did take a few short cuts, it was still super tasty. Chef Smita your recipes are really worth it. I would also like to mention, I thoroughly enjoy watching you cook with panache and handle those heavy traditional cookware like the heavy copper handis, terracotta cookware, etc. I'd like to get my hands on them sometime.

Its not too spicy. I also thought it would b. I followed the recipe exact. I used 3 small green chillies and kashmiri red chili powder instead of regular. Everything else I did exact. Turns out good.
