Thank you for this runthrough. You presented it well and it represents how dynamic the game is. Gods of boardgames were with you for sure on this one! I tried 3 times and the only success I had was a half one as only Callan could leave with the objective, leaving Morena behind quite injured. There are a lot of rules to learn and as far as I know I could find only one mistake in your run: as I understood the rules it is mandatory to have arrows in your inventory to use a bow, so you could not kill the lamentor with it on Callan’s turn. But for sure I will try your strategy to leave the chest on the go to the objective to see if it works for me as well 😅

Thank you! I did think about the arrows but the tutorial did not mention needing them. However, having read all the rules it is clear you need them. Hope you make it out of the dungeon next time you play!

Another great video and painted figures. Hadnt heard of this game before. How sturdy will the doors etc be as they look to be made of card. Shame the parts dont fit into a box like Descent. Do you prefer this or Heroquest? It does look a bit more comprehensive, but not sure about all the bits...look fiddly. Thanks again Anabel 😃

You are right, the pieces might not stand the tear and wear for too long. I do prefer this one do to the leveling system over HQ, but HQ is a lot easier, much faster setup and straightforward. If I could only play one of them, I'd go with Maladum. Luckily, I can play both!

@ it’s made by Battlesystem and uses a similar system. I was waiting for Maladum to come back into stock and found a used copy of core space …and the minis were painted ( mostly) and terrain put together! #IWasSpoiled

I love dungeon crawlers. I wonder if you are able to see what is happening on the opposite side of the board. Don't the walls block the view? Thanks for the video!

Yes, I mentioned during the playthrough that the walls block the view and it might be played better while standing.
