Good effort but artemether-lumifanterine 4 tab .... hmmmm i think its without dose culculation and strength of tab sometime one tab inform of Ds is equal to two tabs in plain same for dihydroartemesinine -piperaquine...

Doctor Atif, it depends upon the brand you are using if you are using Artem-DS or Gen-M, you may use 1 tablet twice daily. But I only explain generic forms of drugs. This dosing is taken from Oxford Handbook of Medicine 10th Edition. 😊
