You are right, even the recruitment of military officers is not based on merit, we are poor in so many aspects,I know of a guy who has sight problem but he was considered on cadet training, and this time they want to recruit cadets and the criteria followed still is questionable they want students that scored 16 points below but at mdf there are serving officers who are not being considered yet they have degrees so what's the purpose of obtaining a degree,,poor malawi pathetic MDF,,,we can't stand a fight against Tanzania,,,even during cyclone Freddy we used their hellocopters indicating that we also have a weak air force,,,we use old planes that is also why we lost vice president in a plane crush at chikangawa
