I dont know whether u all know that his oyster omelette is probably the best in Malaysia approximate queue time is about 30 mins you can order and go for a shower!

Seriously very tasty fried oyster i have tried in this uncle shop..never ever eat this kind of delicious oyster in other restaurant or street food place..very reasonable price too..will visit again

My grandma used to make an oyster souffle something like this every Thanksgiving, bless her heart. In her later years, her eyesight got bad and she couldn't drive to get fresh oysters. Instead we just ate it with nightcrawlers and other critters we would find in the yard.

Apparently this was the best oo jian in JB/Malaysia. I had it before, kinda oily for my taste but the oyster was realllly big and fresh.

This is the best fried oyster in JB. Been patronizing them since the day the are in front of the Indian temple. Now only left with this uncle cooking, the other had pass away a few years ago.

cats dont eat pure oil. the oil on the floor probably chokes up Malaysian sewers and cause flood. Look how he dumps oil on the ground while scooping it. Great food but retarded movements with the oil.

1)Recycled oil, 2) 3)Rice n Starch flour used is bleached for whitening colour. 3) Eggs from 1 million eggs farm given feed mixed with anything n enriched so long as e battery hens can produce n live. Etc...

It's not jealousy and hate but idiotic know it ALLS (stubborn as donkeys and camels) oblivious to the obvious. Hygiene, No face masks and Immune system.

Khondker Rifat Hossain I'm Singaporean. This dish and most Chinese dishes are authentically cooked with lard (pig fat) which is delicious to us. It is definitely not halal.

There are shop stalls farther up north of Johor Bahru selling properly cooked oysters at a reasonable price. It is good and tasty food.

Uncle! Pls buy longer senduk and maybe try arrange uncle's cooking area so more ergonomic. Uncle's current layout and tools make uncle's body slightly lean forward. Masak lama lama takut sakit belakang uncle. Badan mau pakai lama hor uncle. Sincere reminder from a fellow Johorean

It's ok that a lot of people complaining about oil wastage. But for elderly couple to run a food stall like this is really courageous. His haste shows that has a issue with patience. I know a lot of elderly people who have this problem. This grows with age I guess. But I hope the food is good.

Look similar in Thailand but our fried oyster is more crispy. We normally eat with bean sprouts and chili sauce.

@@hugufsufagkagiga9378 some people (such as myself) with an extrememly high metabolism do not get fat when eating foods like that but it ia obviously still very unhealthy to eat like that can can cause blocked arteries and more 😂

Its delicious and you have to wait patiently as it had long queue. Before you order ask the aunty first how long you have to wait.Uncle cooked it nicely. Regular customer before covid.

the taste when the egg is kinda golden brown (but not burnt) is different. It came with a fragrance like baking a cake.

but to cook until that fragrance, you would definitely need some more oil (and not olive oil), or not it will burnt and turn bitter

@@ehtop7117, tapioca flour mixed with water. Basically this dish is made up of tapioca flour mixture, eggs and oysters. Officially is "fried oyster omelette"
