I'm in the Caribbean and alot of people don't think we would have drought issues, but it's a big problem. Global warming is making warm area hotter . July/ August was usually the hottest time of year. Now we have long periods of above 90 degree temps with little to no rainfall. And hot trade winds that dry out any rain that does fall. We need more practical knowledge on better ways to improve on water collection and practice to improve food security.

5 years later do we have something to show or have we wasted this guru's time; Malaysia may be known for great plans but poor execution; often with politics getting into the way.
