How have you enjoyed playing Tegrid? I have it ready to be built but unsure if I want to add another black deck to the mix. My Gonti deck is my favorite mono black deck so far but Tegrid has been luring me to build her.

@ if your playgroup in person is ok with the salt, there’s no more rewarding feeling than stripping hands with Dark Deal and having Tergrid in play.

I also built a Niv Mizzet deck and have gotten in a few games with it. Pontus’s list has inspired some changes for sure. I also think there are some changes to his I would make as well. Great video!

Flare of duplication seems like a good way to get rid of your commander at instant speed and early game you can pitch one of your red creatures if you need to

As a grixis pirates player, i would like two underline 2 critic point: 1st windfall should have been done instead of malcolm before Tony was on the battlefield, also considering that with mox diamond and cavern It could have been basically asymetric. 2nd on the next turn, instead of cast windfall (that fuel Tony player too), right play should have been Fiery Convenant that would have killed Tony and all Kinnan board that at the time was the scariest player. In this case, next turn u could have cast ur windfall with at least 2 more mana (Treasure + curiosity mana) and without Tony otb. Just my 2 cents

Ojer only buffs the damage to opponents so I'd have to sacrifice 6 instances of damage. I had the win in like 6 different ways i just looked for the one requiring the least explanation lol

Firestorm is extremely powerful especailly with breach for 1 mana you triple your hand size.

Firestorm is for sure a good shout while storming but it's important to remember you need a legal target for each card discarded so it caps kinda fast

There was a gemstones. Kinnan player could have turn 1 fellwar stone into dork and have more mana turn 2

Why didn't you make Pontus play it out if he didn't have Lab Maniac out? He would still draw from the Niv Mizzet before he could win?

With ojer axonil out, each grapeshot dealt 4 dmg instead of 1. So with the original grapeshot + 17 storm + urabrask ping you’re looking at 76 damage. Each opponents life totals combined only equal 64. Plus he killed his own niv before going for the win. There was nothing more to make him play out
