The Police and DA started having people who lied on me take precedent over my health. I would go to get checked out in the emergency room because I was illegally locked out my home. The Police and DA will allow other Police, and Security Guards to lie as if I am doing wrong because I was having pains for being illegally outside my home. The Police and DA keeps saying that they are not illegally watching me but are always showing up where I am helping people who lie on me but will NOT remove the trespassers from my home without authority. I want the participants charged with malicious prosecution and ongoing harassment. These people are envious of me. They do not even know me.

The Oakland Police and DA know in California that Men and Women can protect their property. The Police and DA violated my rights by trying to intimidate me with some false filings from the wrong jurisdiction and have trespassers illegally enter my home AFTER I was the only person who complied to a settle agreement decision order with people who asked me to be a rent to buy tenant and I accepted. The people I bought the home from claimed that they completed the work. I stated they did not complete the work and had pictures and witnesses at the time. The Police and DA allowed my evidence to be removed from the court and trespassers to illegally enter my home without any authority. The Inspector was obstructed from justice of going in to confirm my truth. I want criminal prosecutions against ALL participants. They were all aware. Who prosecutes these people?
