Sir if anyone locked room outside and there is a person who is sleeping in the room & after his wake up the person who locked the room , open it . So is there is a falsely imprisoning ?

I think yes it is false imprisonment because all essentials are available in this condition i.e. unlawful justification, total restraint etc.
