I dont mean any disrespect, but i find it so cool to see that a factory motogp salaried, BSB factory racing rider goes to a trackday and gets dressed in the van like the rest of us schlubs do when we do to our respective trackdays...a world champ shows up and wants to just be one of the guys. I was already a fan of the man since his WSB championship with Honda, but now i'd just like to shake his hand and buy him a gatorade at the end of the day. Cheers to you Mr Guintoli...

I was there. Got to say this guy is so fast, all the guys there with track bikes, wets, slicks, he turns up with full size number plate and a std can, total legend. It was great to see what a STD bike can actually do in the hands of a pro. Thanks man, can't wait for my next track day now. Don't panic I will still remember I'm not a pro.!!!!

Racers with families I usually find the most likable. Guys like Sylvain, Jonathan Rea, Colin Edwards, Troy Bayliss all have dimensions well beyond the racetrack. I can remember first going to Mallory Park with Mark Salle when he was first racing his 250cc and 350cc Nationals, Mark Boughton was there with a new 500 Sparton, as was Keith Huwen racing his 350cc and Gary Lingham racing his 250cc and 350cc........Fast circuit

One particular weak point (for my level) is coming out of the esses (Edwinas). I'm slow to get the bike pointed in the right direction for the next turn and bike wants to go wide. In this video, it looks like the back steps around which seems to help point the bike correctly. How do you approach the exit of Edwinas? Thanks
