Malta by bus

Very good video. I had a vacation in Malta about 20 years ago, just a week, but got around quite a bit by the buses (then not quite so state-of-the-art). Stayed in Sliema, went into Valletta by bus, and to various archaeological sites and to Mdina. Excellent way to see the country, because you can look around rather than concentrating on the often narrow roads and traffic in the towns! I found a lot on information on routes and timetables online ahead of time. Malta is very worth exploring.

Buy the bus pass at valetta bus terminus it's cheaper then buying it at the airport . Theres a bus company kiosk at the main bus station. Great value and the buses are regular to all areas of Malta. And belive me your see some stunning views . Enjoy when you go .

great video I went to school in Malta 1968 to 1971 when the Royal Navy had a base there. The bus drivers would be lined up outside and when full would race sometimes looking at our comics sometimes driving with their feet. Great times for us but to the horror of our parents. The buses were full of character too I am sorry they have gone We hope to visit Malta this summer
