for the tear stain question. my maltipoo ( 1 year old ) came home from the breeder with pretty bad tear stains and she was fed with *royal canine puppy food* we switched to "taste of the wild" which gradually cleared up her eyes. ( we obviously cleaned away the boogies) but then we switched to blue buffalo, and now she consisyantly eats blue buffalo, and has zero tear stains

I just wanted to say thank you for your videos 🥰 I have a 5 month old Shmoodle (Shih Tzu/Maltese x Toy or Mini Poodle) Her name is Brandi and she looks very similar to Rosco but she is golden in colour with splashes of white and she is a bit bigger than Rosco - she already weighs 12 pounds (5.5Kgs) 😳 I have learned a lot about my little girl from watching your videos!! Hi I have a 10 month maltipoo and he’s started guarding what ever he finds and now he is nipping. My son went to his face not knowing he had plastic in his mouth and he bite him and thank God he didn’t get his eye. What should I do?

Your Maltipoo is adorable. I've owned three in my life time. They make wonderful companions. A Maltipoo needs to be groomed every 8 to 10 weeks. Now that my Maltipoos have gone to doggy heaven I presently I now own a female Shih Tzu mix and will be adopting a female Imperile pure breed Shih Tzu in September. I have always been very fuzzy about the hygiene of my dogs. I bath my fur babies once per week using a high end shampoo followed a conditioner. I also, brush their teeth with a doggy toothpaste which I purchased through my holistic veterinarian. It's extremely effective and my dog loves the taste. The toothpaste is called Virgac C.E.T. Enzymatic /Enzymatique. I trim my dog's paw pads and clip her names between her professional groom. I have a woman that grooms from her home so my dogs are handled only by one person. I refuse to take my dogs to PetSmart etc because I've heard too many horror stories. I've learned how to groom my dog by watching youtube. The one I'm talking about is "Go Groomer" by Amy Leigh. She is extremely professional and teaches dog grooming methods. I asked her what's the best clipper buy for my small Shih Tzu mix to trim her paw pads. Her suggestion was the Joyzz Hornet Mini Clipper found on amazon. I just ordered one. Also, purchase the "Absorbent Towel" It will cut your drying time by 30%. I have one and love it. Amy Leigh also suggested that item as well to me. Amy has videos on how to bath your dog. Its worth watching. I've viewed it three times already. Everything she uses for the bath she has linked below her video. This woman is a genius on dog grooming. Her grooms turn out amazing. It isn't wise to spay or neuter a dog before their 12 months. This is so their growth plates have matured. Females are spayed at 12 and not before and males should be neutered at 14 months since they mature later than the female.
