SHE CARRIED THE FUCKING GROUP and she didn't get the respect and recognition she deserved because some people didn't like her appearance. Even some people in these interviews are disrespectful. Fuck that, she's beautiful and she's my inspiration!

cindybin2001 And priggishness makes me furious. Pardon me if I don’t condemn her character to the fires of hell, just because she took a few wrong turns in her short life. From what I can see she was a beautiful, intelligent and warm person who struggled a lot in life, and was finally starting to find contentment when she died. Too bad most of the world is 100% unaware of what it is that is actually infested inside all TV, on the movie screen and in radio, also infested in 100% ALL media outlets of every single type as they are all 100% owned and operated by the same exact GANG worldwide! Just as all so called bands and singers are 100% paid puppet deceivers that never write their own music "never have and never will!" Never make it to the top. They are all intentionally made famous by the same worldwide "Gang" 100% all of them without exception are inverted transexuals including that MAN Cass Elliott that goes by the fake name Bette Midler today. Bette Midler/Cass Elliot is still a 100% MAN just like the rest of them are all inverted from birth!

Mamma Cass sang it as it is. She was an intellectual. My boyfriend and I loved her, then. She articulated hope to us in our hopeless teenage lives. It's getting better. We were together until death us parted 45 years later. May I mention, my boyfriend became a much loved rock musician...who had the privilege to know the now incredible Barry McGuire. Even now, I see Mamma Cass as the loveable, big sister I never had.

Barry McGuire was awesome and so very underrated. Poor guy worked for 6 hrs to get his voice rough enough to record "Eve of Distruction" . Must have nearly done him in. . Sorry for the loss of your beloved. 45 yrs is such a special long time I recently lost my partner of 16yrs to congestive heart failure... Sadly probably the same thing that killed Cass.

Thank you for sharing that! A beautiful, intelligent, compassionate & immensely talented individual. An intellectual indeed! I recently watched her giving what was a quite rare interview with a famous British chat show host of the 70’s & 80’s(Russell Harty)She was totally captivating, witty, engaging & her integrity shone through. So impressed hence my waxing lyrical! Thank you for your post -it was your emphasis on her intellectuality that I most appreciated hearing.X

I just realized when I am unconsciously dancing, I dance like Cass. I grew up on the Mamas and the Papas. My brother, sister and friends would sit in the living room singing their harmonies. I was singing along the entire time. So happy to see footage I never saw before. She had such a unique voice and personality. 🤩 She is irreplaceable and very much missed. 😔
