I've started canning okra this year and I love it this way. I am even trying squash with this method of canning. It's the same process as canning okra. remove the seeds and cut in pieces and boil in the brine and can just like the okra.

My favorite vegetable! I've been frying okra most of my life.. I'm 76! Only difference is that I use half flour and half yellow corn meal, but I cook it the same as you... In my cast iron skillet. Love your show so much!
