I'm more of a spare rib man than a baby back but both looked killer! Love the use of the extension rack to get more distance from the heat source while taking in most of that smoke from the top of the dome. Great cook bud!

Been playing around with different ways to cook ribs lately, will give this a shot. I have 2 elevated half racks which I'll use on the kettle. The beauty of ribs, they taste different when cooking low and slow to hot and fast, I like them all. Looked awesome CJ!
