I had never seen fried ribs. We made these last night, and just WOW! Juicy,delicious, fall off the bone. I don't like Chinese 5 Spice, so I substituted shichimi togarashi. Saved the broth for Asian chicken noodle soup tonight

Way to go! 😊👍🏼 I grew up eating that style of ribs myself. After boiling them, we sometimes threw them on a BBQ. Then throw on some bbq sauce for that finally cook. That sauce you put on would probably work well as a topper. This way the scallions will stick to the coated ribs 😋👍🏼 I like those ribs

Nikki please please dont use minced ginger or garlic from a jar.. i know its quick but its full of oils, preservatives and all kind of nasties.. take that extra minute to mince the ginger fresh… love all your recipes keep up the amazing work..
