SinghReacts - there is so much to this performance. The stage, the stage presence. How half the song they did not move from their spots. Dancing and running in heels. Top live band. All in suits. Everything so professional. Such great energy and vocals. This is part of a four-five hour concert. I really really really hope they come to My country to do a concert. I will definitely be there.

I completely agree, notice how some Idols are TOO technical (obsessed with perfection) when performing that it gets a little less entertaining. But with Mamamoo their adlibs, their interactions on-stage and their improvisations are what sets them apart, really. 👏🏼

They wanna make sure they put on a show for us and they definitely delivered! But they were still very clean technically especially when they had to sing with low volume. It’s much harder than you might think to not fall flat when you have to sing that softly

We just want to hip you to the good stuff. 😂 This is a sampler of some of the early covers they performed on the singing competition tv show Immortal Songs 2. If you want to see more MMM live without spoiling any MVs they've done 14 spectacular performances on Immortal Songs. It's worth noting that this medley was filmed at one of their three 2017 concerts in Seoul called Moosical Curtain Call. They seem like total pros and seasoned vets who'd been on the road for years and knew how to twist an audience around their fingers but at that point in their career they had only done two previous concerts. I believe when they held their first two concerts in 2016 (called Moosical naturally) they were the fastest group to hold solo concerts after their debut at that time.

Even more impressive to me was the fact that they paid off their debt to the company for their trainee days in just 18 months, the fastest of any group to that point. In only a year's time after their debut, I think, they were the 2nd most popular group on Korean college campuses because they customized their ad libs for the local people. And then they just stunned everyone in the biz with their work ethic, at times doing as many as four shows in a single day. Solar did a "my day" show for Solarsido in which she left the house at 7 a.m. and didn't get back until 9 p.m. that night, a 14 hour day, almost all of it work. Edit: Oh, yeah, and let's not forget that it's Mamamoo that paid for that 11 story building RBW owns now.

These were classic old songs that they rearranged for a competition Immortal Songs Medley, Moon personally wrote and added her rap verses because the original songs have no raps. They also did a korean version of Delilah by Tom Jones. Vocals and raps was on point.

They've 14 performances on Immortal songs show. Also, they won Trophy 3 times (Backwoods, Wonderful Confession, Rhythm). Backwoods was my first listened song and stage from them. I was super excited. I love to watch every stage of them. This stage was some of the songs. I hope you watch the full version and other performances. Especially, I recommend you Love and Meeting. I think Immortal songs show was so meaningful to everyone.

I suggest you to first see Wait a minute their first ever performance 5-6 months into their debut, and that performance was set for you to realize how monster of a rookies they are. They almost won the entire episode beating almost all of their sunbaenims(senior artists). Backwoods, passion flower, the way to sampo 💯 are also good 🙃

That I believe is their first concert. Killing voices is their own music from debut to now. immortal songs is invitation only and they were invited only six months after debut, they appeared thirteen times and won three times, call me biased but I don't think anybody else has done that.

I see people recommending you Immortal Songs performances such as Delilah. Just a heads up, TV content such as the Immortal Songs performances are heavily monitored for copyright. A lot of reactors have had a hard time with them. Some reaction formats that work for reactors are mirroring the video, making the video a little transparent and pausing in part of the video to give insight/comments. Also, I just binged all of your Mamamoo content 😭

unrelated to the video, but related to the group and another that you enjoy... did you catch moonbyul's interview with dreamcatcher on friday (late, late thursday to us)? i'm not even sure anyone warned you it was happening... byul hosts a radio show 3 times a week and, though it takes a while to get subs up on the moomoo subs channel (they're a small number of fan translators that are hugely overworked and byul having 3 one-hour-long radio shows a week doesn't help), it eventually will happen. in the meantime, one translator does live quick and dirty subs over twitter throughout each show

@@SinghReacts ha, they've really only lip synced two performances in their 7 years and straight up told the fans afterwards (as if we couldn't tell because they're so bad at it). both times they did it were at the request of the music show they were on, one was held outdoors and they didn't think any artist could overcome the sound of the traffic (mamamoo and ailee both looked so awkward trying to lip sync here) and the second, years later, the show said their sound system couldn't handle live vocals which... just sounds really, really weird to me the first of these two is their song "new york" at music bank (2016/09/30), the second was "4x4ever" and "hip" at the 2019 kbs song festival. both are still very much worth watching, though the former tends to just be for watching the lip sync fails. the second has a really impressive message at the start and is the only time we got any of "4x4ever" performed anywhere there's another time where fans thought they were lip syncing and wondered how they got so good at it, until wheein loudly flipped some pages in the book she had and we realized they were, indeed, singing live. that was their performance of the b-side "no more drama" on pikicast, with them sitting in an office environment (the other pikicast upload for that day, mamamoo's 'when the manager is asleep' is a great, great watch whenever you want something funny to react to)
