Solar and Wheein duo is just a comedic powerhouse I could do with a whole variety show of just the two of them! I also would love if they joined a competition show as rappers, I think it'd be fire and very funny lol

I really love content like this where they can just have fun and be themselves. I think stuff like this is more entertaining than ones with a script or set format like interviews. Their song choices reflected each of their own music influences and personal idols. Moonbyul going for TVXQ coz she was a big fan of that boy group. Solar going for BoA's My Name coz she's a huge fan of BoA.. so much so that she even studied Japanese just to be able to watch all of BoA's Japanese content. And then we have 2YG going for female vocal duo Davichi's 8282. It's also interesting to note HwaSun's choice - I miss you by Kim Bum Soo. You can tell those two are the "old souls" of the group. They always prefer the older/classic songs. I still laugh at the last part when Solar asked how much a booth cost coz she wants one for her home. Yeah I can see her buying one just coz she enjoyed it.😄

Indeed they are best for this freestyle entertainment 🌹😂🌹. I just also love it when they're talking about their thoughts regarding their music because I can't resist that sort of content I guess. I'm always curious about that side of them😂. It's also probably because I like their interactions with the hosts/interviewers/etc and seeing how they respond to inquiries.

A bit fyi: One thing abt karaoke machine &, score is that it doesnt like ad libs, harmonizing n all the add on stuff that makes a perf lively. It basesd its score on the correct pitch that it picksup, n harmonizing n adlibs obsucures that pitch So if u see session where mamamoo do karaoke together their scores is actually not that high since adding those adlibs n stuff just comes naturally for them. They will score high if just one of them sing or they take turn singing like the last song though.

a funny thing about that song moonbyul and hwasa sang together with hwasa just repeating 'nooo': there is an episode of sketchbook where hwasa covered that segment of that song and had yu huiyeoul, the show's host, perform the 'no' part for her

They’re part time idols and full time comedians😂😂. This is also the reason why I stan this group. They did an online concert in the midst of pandemic and during the “break”/‘ment section they just decided to do karaoke. As if singing live and performing was not enough 😂

the second songs Moonbyul sang is from TVXQ. She is a big fan of that boy group. She said when she’s a little girl she didn’t have money to buy their concert ticket so now she support her idols buy promoting TVXQ at her concert. She literally sang TVXQ songs at Mamamoo concerts and boy it was so so hot. She made the song sound so seductive lol. By the way I always think Mamamoo sound better when they cover male artists songs (I don’t know why. It just ửoks so well)

I always love when idols fan out over other idols it feels so wholesome, and I know what you mean when you get gender swapped covers Dreamcatcher does so well with male songs and it just works really well!
