FOR ALL THOSE WHO HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM!! I found the solution! You have to remove the entire bottom part including the little screen there is and make sure you connect all the cables well!! IT WORKED FOR ME!

Had the exact same issue! Every setting i tried the power went back to level 2 and shut off. All i did to fix it was remove the bottom covering and control panel. Then i simply disconnected and reconnected all the plugs. Worked like a new one.

This is why I purchased the regular Rockaroo. I debated, but ultimately it came down to how notorious baby rockers are for malfunctioning and I just felt like the more tech built into, the more chance for malfunctioning.

Ours has a different screen. Works like a charm. Its a lifesaver when baby is fussy. He loves it

I had same issue leave it plugged in for a while guess it needs charging. Weird I know. But How come this one is not selling in stores anymore? Can only b found used by other offbrand sites

You need to push the +, - , selection switch together for couple of seconds and it will start working in speed 2 From there you can change speed and mode of operation.

I have the same issue and i tried the 3 buttons and still doesnt work.

Hello Mert. My unit was under warranty and they sent me a new base right away. The new one works perfect. Taking a video was part of the free replacement requirements. Good luck!

my mamaroo is working via bluetooth, but the LCD display remains blue and no symbols appear on the screen. when laying beside the device i can just we 2 brackets {where symbols should be } and the speed button says 2. otherwise it looks blank from above
