Dope video! I always wondered what the ingredients in mambo sauce were, but now it all makes sense. Nothing beats an order of 3-pc wings with fries and extra mambo sauce on everything. Making DC proud with this one- for the culture. I see you Chef Omar!

All my life I always went for sweet n sour sauce wit my nuggets , but never had the mambo until now; just tried uncle dels spicy for first time. Thnx for the recipe yo, gotta try this when I run out; which won’t be long with how good it is.

Technically there's a bbq sauce out of Chicago called "Mumbo Sauce" so when a company tried to register their sauce as "Mumbo" they got threatened with a lawsuit over the name. Changed to Mambo Sauce because of that. Still up for debate in DC if it's with a U or A.
