Silk Cut is a British brand of cigarettes and they don't have the graphic statutory warnings on cancer that all cigarette brands are required to have on their packs as per Indian law. There's no way he could've purchased them in India under legal means.

Ok, ok sharing time! The only time I got stopped at Heathrow, it was when I was traveling from Greece to UK, when I was a Matrox technician, from all the equipment and tools, they seized my fav skrewdriver. Bare in mind that they let me keep all the other tools (including my other skrewdrivers) . I was so distraught, since it was they only good proper magnetic one. Something about length I think... Or they really liked my skrewdriver! 😌

Clandestines seem to think this is funny - over and over and over. They (officials) accomplish nothing by returning to country or other origin only to have them try again. Changes need to be made, what or how I don't know. I feel frustrated just watching the videos. Sad really!

I don't think they find it funny, its called being sheepish. They got caught and they don't really understand the language nor what is really happening with all the cameras and stuff. So they just smile. And from what they shown on the show, the Clandestines don't seem to be hostile. They're persistent but when they're caught, they seem to cooperate with the authorities.

If they authorities are intimidating, the Clandestines are going to be less likely to cooperate. If you hadn't realise, these men and women sometimes travel with children or are perched in really precarious positions. Intimidating them means someone's bound to get hurt real bad. The officers have done a good job.

No they dont. The people that come from india to u.s., get a grant from the government ( that they dont pay back) buy motels, gas stations food franchises and aren't liable to pay state and federal taxes for 7 years. Towards the end of that 7 years, they give there business over to a family member so they're not responsible for taxes. They keep doing this switching back and forth. That really infuriates people. The american dream is only for foreigners....not for americans.

What a waste of money. If they don’t have a passport and they won’t tell you where they are from, just drop them off wherever you think they are from. Otherwise, you are incentivizing them to destroy their passports upon entry into the UK so they can play the system. Not to mention, if they figured out a way into the UK, they can figure out a way to their home.

It is illegal in the EU to make a person a non resident. In order for any EU country to deport any individual it most have confirmation of that person's country of origin.
