hi buddy if opening pressure low how to adjusted for example if 4stroke adjusted by closed screw adjusting so, how about 2stroke because i didn’t see screw adjusting for increas opening pressure

Like 4 strokes engine, opening pressure of fuel injectors for some 2 strokes engine are adjusted by using adjusting screw / adjusting bolt. Especially in Mitsubishi UEC engines. Opening pressure of Slide type fuel injectors for MAN-B&W are adjusted by using adjusting discs. Depends upon thickness of discs, pressure you want to increase will vary. Hope you will understand.

How to adjust opening pressure if not correct

By adding pressure adjusting discs which can vary the opening pressure of fuel injector. The thickness of disc can vary from 0.5mm to 3mm. By adding or removing discs to get desired opening pressure. Thanks 😊

In opening pressure test is that atomization test? I thought atomization is not good for slide type fuel valve

That’s right ! Opening Pressure Test is carried out with hydraulic oil. Not diesel. Btw, did I mention about atomisation test?
