Literally the biggest scandal in the history of british sport. Anyone who down plays it is part of the problem. They have defrauded other clubs of money and trophies, and have stolen experience that rightfully belong to the fans of other clubs- and I dont mean just the 4 clubs here. Every game they have played, every point in the league and every time they knocked someone out of a cup is tainted as a result of this. hell, even every time a club lost a player to them because they got their head turned by the trophies and the money- its all fraudulant. And the worst thing is they didnt need to do it at all. They had all the advantages in the world. They did it because they thought they could get away with it.

Craig a former workmate who has no interest in football informed me in 2018 when i bumped into him in Liverpool on a night out that he had just seen a friend from uni and he informed me that the person was a she and he asked where she was working and her reply was for Man City he asked her what she was doing for Man city her reply was moving money all around the world . But it has been publicised that they made hidden payments to the agent of hazard, £7mil through 1 of romans companies to a company they agent was involved in so that hazard changed his mind last minute and joined chelsea. That guy won them titles single handed. Yet the focus is on whether city paid mancini slightly more for consultancy at a club in abu dhabi, a deal that was done above board and in the open

Clubs suing Man City opens more questions than it answers. There will be clubs from the lower leagues that didn’t progress in domestic cups and could be owed for loss of revenue, there are clubs that finished 5th/6th/7th/8th in the premier league that may feel they are owed for loss of revenue due to not getting into European competitions the following season. There will even be European clubs that would’ve earned different amounts of money for their hindered progress in the Champions league. The whole thing’s a mess and will take an age to resolve- and nobody will be happy at the end of it.
