I remember listening to a radio diary podcast from a woman who was in love with a photo booth. She had taken a job maintaining old photo booth that required her to move away from friends and family but felt it was worth it. She said she's been in love with men before but didn't like how her personality and desires would seem to warp around her partner. Becoming part of an US changed her. With the photo booth she got the same feeling of love but was entirely herself, unmoved. She saw a video of another objectophile and thought he seemed creepy. When my parents were children if you were left handed the priests would beat you until you used your right hand. I generally feel "normal" is not a virtue; more relevant is are you hurting others or yourself, and other people may interpret hurting myself very differently. Live and let live. But if my sister told me she was leaving her husband because she got all the companionship she needed from a photo booth and she would spend her life with that instead I would feel it was a little grim and solipistic.

OK, so Nathaniel chose to put his love for Chase on KZbin. Many people might find this relationship hard to understand. But I don't understand why you think this is risible. Personally, I don't care what people do with their genitalia or how they conduct their relationships, as long as it's legal, consensual and not coercive or abusive. I think P.T. Barnum would be 'proud' of you guys. I only watched this vid because I've seen a lot of Cam's well-balanced, mature and funny vids commenting on TV reality shows and other stuff. Fair play. I've got half-way through this particular vid and I'm not as content. Still, Nathaniel has probably made a lot of money through his channel, so good look to him. I'm off to read a book. @@Arthur_Frederick In the pursuit of balance, I did watch the end of your video and ok (just about), I think your conclusions were reasonable, albeit probably not a great leap forward in terms of benefitting human culture. I realise that in the 'online age', pretty much anything is possible and I will defend to my dying day the right of free speech. And also the right to satirise the worthy and unworthy alike. But KZbin et al can get a bit too close to the knuckle at times, I think. Sure this guy set himself up for all this, assuming that his vids were not some massive piss-take (of which I also would defend as a human right) but I think a bit more of an even-handed approach to controversial subjects throughout your 'react' stuff might be an improvement. I think Cam does this very well on his channels. Maybe we all need to be a little more kind to each other? Love and peace.
