13:57 I’ve broken both my feet, one twice. So that’s 3 casts, both arms, twice each, so that’s 4, my elbow that needed two casts due to it not healing correctly. So in my life I’ve had 9 maybe more with the first temporary cast you get. And the only thing that’s good about it is getting out of P.E at school. Or being the only child in year 4 to sit on a chair in assembly. And the fact it’s warm when it gets put on because it helps the pain. But the absolutely annoyance to have to wrap it up in a bag to shower, have your mum help you shower because you can not move your arm is not fun! Like that’s just weirddddd

That’s the first thing I thought of with the bees. Some people use bee stings for pain (I have chronic pain so have looked up lots of different ways to relive it. I haven’t tried this myself! But it is something people do)
