I was managing to hold the tears back until you started tearing up, so thanks for that 🤣 J is loved and will be missed a ton, but I hope for all the absolute best for him with the choice he's made. I have no doubt that Layne, Geoff and Eli are going to continue to evolve VoicePlay into something new and amazing - so looking forward to seeing what that looks like.

Eli, J None and Deejay in this just blows my mind. They've sounded great together in the other couple songs they've done. But their voices together in this one is just another level.

He did say he's coming back. For now, they will be looking for another baritone and maybe a new tenor with Earl being gone also?

This video is just perfect....and that final pan on J None, saying “We love you Bro, you’ll always be part of us. See you and good luck!”

When VoicePlay gets going as they did at the end, it is basically a verbal jam session. It really sounds like when a bunch of people with instruments get together and just jam, each riffing off the other. Soooooooo amazing. And they make it look so effortless!

J None, Eli and Deejay create this special magic when singing together! Harmonies are amazing, Layne killed it, and my butt is still shaking from the Geoff's earthquake!

There was actually a D1 subharmonic from Geoff (lowest subharmonic so far) at 6:29. It's not that easy to hear, but it definitely adds a lot to the buildup.

He did a sub C#1 in his cover of High and Dry too!

Not going to lie, I'm still recovering from Earl's departure. And now to have JNone moving on... is so hard. But I do respect both of their choices. I'm just short of putting a final stamp of approval for Deejay Young because I feel like I need to see him in one of their more theatrical pieces. I'm happy to give him a chance there, but that's what I have left to fully greenlight him, y'know?
