I've been holding in my sneezes since I was about 8 years old. I sneeze but I pinch my nose closed and keep my mouth shut and therefore my sneezes are silent or very quiet. The key to a perfect stifled sneeze is not to breath in very much as the sneeze is building up. So when the sneeze comes there isn't much air in your lungs and the sneeze has very little force. If you do a forceful sneeze and try to hold it, then you can have potential consequences.

I cannot fart, burp, sneeze, or queef on command, but my sneezes always have a mind of their own and come loudly when it's the most silent in the room. Like when the pastor has a small break in the sermon 😅 when I used to conduct phone interviews all day, when a sneeze would come I would look up (eyes only) and mutter/mouth "pineapple" and for some reason the sneeze goes away. Give it a try at your next important moment 😆

I suppressed my sneeze by just force. I just grunt up and a small pocket of air will just rush out making a small shake in my head. Translation, I keep my mouth and teeth closed and just internally sneeze. I can burp whenever I want to. The quick gulp of air doesn’t even goes as far as Anthony is saying. I don’t even need to take in air. I just internally open up my throat for whatever air still in my neck and just release it immediately or slowly. It’s pretty easy as soon as you properly do one. Your muscle memory will do the rest. I never tried farting but would love to master the art of farting.

Aight so if it's the same Victor from Quest Crew they're talking about, and after listening to David So's podcast episode with Ryan where David talked about how sensitive Victor used to be, seeing Anthony and Lawrence laughing when Nick is talking about you being lame if you get upset at your girl for something like that makes me to believe is making me believe that some of these guys are well aware of how sensitive Victor was and used to have deal with his sensitivity on a regular 😂
