Interesting fact: horses like that were introduced to North America by Europeans. The North American horse breeds were all extinct before they arrived. So technically they are feral.

@@tammcphail1995it’s not just wild ones. It’s any horse sold by the owner. If it becomes lame and therefore useless for their purposes for example. They are sent alive on a ship packed in like sardines, it’s torture. They could be slaughtered here and sent frozen, which would be not torture. Wouldn’t be nice, but not torture.

The foal’s limbs will still be very flexible if newborn. He didn’t cause any harm to the foal as we saw him up and standing with his mother.
