She knew all along she was lying.
@moye19892 жыл бұрын
This one really caught me by surprise. Judge Lauren knew the results beforehand. That’s why this whole session was “about the boy” every single time. Every time. Watch the video again after the dna results. It makes sense why this man was rightfully angry, why he called her a serial liar, and why he DIDNT flinch when the results were given. It’s also why the mother kept trying to talk over him, get the boy to “speak his truth” over him, and also why the judge played poor boy card over and over. The boy was used by the mother and the judge to gain sympathy by the viewers, YOU. The man’s life was ruined and all he did was tell the Truth. He didn’t get an apology, didn’t get to speak after everyone started hugging, and didn’t get compensated for all the jobs he lost, reputation damage he endured, nothing. He was deliberately casted aside. I had respect for Judge Lauren until this episode. Seems like she picks and chooses which cases to bring “justice” to. I really liked her because she was great in all the other ones leading up to this one. She’s a Feminist who has to be in control of the situation at all times and cannot let a Man, a real man who’s been wronged, to be justified. Just goes to show you can’t trust people no matter how much you want to like them. Watch the video over and you’ll see for yourself. Truth is always plain to see for people who seek it.

uhh why did folks applaud this woman emotionally abusing her son? She didn't apologize to him or to Jewett, she immediately went for his emotional support (SHE needed a hug). She TRAUMATIZED him -- but she is the one wanting to be comforted. For some reason people think the statement "I love you" eliminates all accountability for the wrongs they do. How can she say she loves him -- and she refuses to BE HONEST with him? Jeffrey, unfortunately, will be repeating this same stuff with his mom for years and decades to come --until he chooses to stop playing her games...it'll be very difficult, she is very manipulative, and regrettably it'll take him entirely too long to recognize this pattern and understand it has nothing to do with him.

Interestingly enough, when a woman is married and she commits adultery, the courts will recognize her husband as the father even though he isn’t the biological father. What’s worse is the courts don’t care if woman misled the man she slept with into believing that she was single when they met. Additionally, even if he recognizes that he is the biological father and wants to be be in the child’s life he will not be granted custody.
@sharettalee4973 жыл бұрын
I have to disagree with that comment. There is no completely right or wrong solution to this problem. There are extreme cases on both ends. While those are the cases we hear about the most they are not as common as you would think. I don't think it's fair to a custodial parent to require they continue taking away from their everyday life to spend a whole day in court when the other party just chooses not to appear as ordered. I believe if a party feels strongly that paternity needs to be established the least they can do is appear in court when so ordered. That's just my opinion of course.

Because of the pack of men they've bedded during the time of conception, they adamantly want the "best" of the pack to be the father of their kid...perhaps the one with the best job or most money or most stable life. Prime example: When the negative test results are returned for the guy in court, Judge Lake often asks the mother, "Do you know who the other possibility is and how to find him." The mother will often answer yes, but admit that the other possibility isn't stable, is in jail, wants nothing to do with the kid, or is unavailable for some reason or another. This guy's BMW probably gave a 17 or 18 year-old girl the impression that he had money. @@notthefather3919 Unfortunately here in America there’s something called a “default order” which is if a woman files for welfare for a child she has to name a man as the father no matter if she’s lying or isn’t sure (which should be illegal). So what happens is the alleged father get sent a summons to take paternity test to his last known address and and he gets two chances to show up and if he doesn’t show up to the second court date he’s automatically assumed to be the biological father and he’s goes on the birth certificate and the named father doesn’t usually realize it until his wages from work start getting garnished!! Pretty much what happens is the state takes him for child support because his alleged child or children are receiving welfare!! This is a very unfair situation because sometimes as we just seen in this case the named father isn’t always the biological father and a man can be paying child support for 10 or 15 years for child he’s finds out wasn’t biologically his because of the default order what’s really bad is the man paying child support can’t get his money back from the state or the lying women who accused him of being the father!! This is why guys gotta be very careful who they are sleeping with out here and should not run when a woman accuses them of fathering her child because I been through paternity test drama before but I was smart enough to not sign the birth certificate because of my doubts and fortunately I received the summons to come to court to take the paternity test which cleared my name because I wasn’t the father!! It still hurts because the child was almost 3 years old when the truth came out and I was only father the baby knew!! It worked out for the best though!!

@xXaRIANa HilTONxX I’ve witnessed a situation where the court order was not received. The woman had a relative of hers sign for the court order . When the guy caught wind and went to Court to dispute the paternity claim she did not show up and there were no consequences. It costs money and resources to straighten these issues out, and most people don’t have either to give and end up in arrears. I really don’t believe the Court system cares about the child’s well-being. I believe their main objective is to be reimbursed by the named individual if the mother is collecting money from the State , collecting the fees and interest and getting potential free labor if he goes to jail. The family court makes a ton of money from this practice and they are in this for themselves not the child(ren). The family court can be just as egregious as the criminal court. Men and women need to protect their reproductive organs and stop having children with people they barely know. If we started having children with the intention of building a family and a legacy we wouldn’t need the court to intervene. Sorry for the long rant. I see too many teenagers in this young mans situation and I hurt for them. It will only stop if we become more responsible. I hope his mother makes an effort to get counseling for the both of them. ✊🏾

The first word that should have come out of that woman’s mouth when she was proven wrong was sorry to the man she accused of being a father. All of your females who go around doing stuff like this is the reason why y’all do not have equality Also he does not get the money back or all the time for his suffering back even though he was proven not to be the father.
