Good job on the cover! I too own a MAN TGE and am going through the process of converting it. I have a question for you….. does your sliding door rattle a lot? I have had the dealer change rollers etc but it’s still rattly.

Thanks 👍🏻 sounds like either it needs adjusting so it’s a tighter fit to the rubbers when shut, or something loose inside 🤔

@@AXISUK Yep I to think it does need adjusting. Just got to figure out how as it’s all insulated and boarded now. I think I can adjust from the outside end of the spigots.

@@petergully6398 I’ve not done it before but I think you can adjust it on the part that attaches to the door and roller. There will be loads of vids that will show you bud.

How much does it add to thickness? I have that M sport wheel in mine which is just about perfect size but would happily try one of these if it doesn't make it too thick.

The material is about 1.5mm thick approx so it dosnt add that much bulk to the wheel. 👍🏻
